Terms And Conditions

1 – Area of application

The present General Sales Conditions (GSC) apply to consumers and non-professional buyers (the Customer) wishing to purchase the products offered for sale by MARANON LLC. The Customer is required to read them before placing an order. It is specified that the present GCS and the operations resulting therefrom are governed and subject to French law.

2- Orders

2.1 The Customer can accept this offer via Amazon’s integrated shopping cart system or via the “Order 1-Click” function.
2.2 Immediately after completing the order, the Customer will receive a
a confirmation e-mail from Amazon.
2.3 When ordering via the Amazon shopping cart system, the customer has the opportunity to correct his/her entries using the usual keyboard functions before placing the final order. In addition, all of the information provided is displayed again in a confirmation window just before the final confirmation of the order and can be corrected in the same way.
When ordering via the “one-click order” function, the order process is completed after clicking on the “buy one-click” button. The data entered cannot be changed.

3- Prices and payment terms

3.1 The prices indicated are expressed in dollars including all taxes, including value-added tax (VAT). Where applicable, they also take into account eco-contributions.
3.2 Payment transactions are processed through Amazon’s secure payment system. Payment can be made by direct debit (debit note) and by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

4- Return policy

The Customer benefits from a policy of return within 30 days (including a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days) from receipt of the material. The return and refund rules applied by MARANON LLC are the same as those of AMAZON. For more details, see the section on our seller’s identity card “Returns, Guarantees, and Refunds”.
It is specified, within the framework of the exercise of the right of retraction, that only the price of the material(s) purchased and the delivery costs are reimbursed within the limit of standard costs. The costs of return remain at the expense of the Customer. If the equipment cannot normally be returned by post because of its nature, the Customer will have to pay the following return costs of $75.
The material must be returned in its original packaging (or at least in packaging offering the same protection) and in perfect condition within at least 14 days following the communication of the decision of withdrawal. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions …) allowing them to be put back on the market in new conditions, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete materials are not taken back.
In accordance with the AMAZON return policy, if your purchase was made more than 15 days ago, the shipping costs related to the original order will be deducted from the refund.

5- Electrical or electronic devices (EEE)

When selling electrical or electronic equipment, MARANON LLC takes back free of charge used EEEs that the customer disposes of, within the limit of the quantity and type of product sold.

6- Mediation and dispute resolution

The Customer has the possibility to appeal to the American Association Arbitration for any dispute related to the so-called consumer disputes opposing him to MARANON LLC:

The request must contain first and last name, postal address, telephone number, and e-mail; the full name and address of our company; a brief statement of facts and proof of the preliminary steps taken with our company to resolve the dispute.
In case of failure of the arbitration, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Florida, USA.
